Roadhouse Bar and Grill in Grand Lake

We were staying in grand lake for a week vacation and heard good things about this place, much to my surprise, that wasn't the case. We stood there for 15 minutes before someone finally came to tell us that they were at capacity, which they didn't appear to be. It looked like there were mostly residents inside which made us feel like they turned us away because we were tourists. Maybe you'll have a different experience, but we won't be going there again.

Other reviews say the staff are unkind to tourists, but my hubby and I did not have this experience. The staff + locals were kind. The hot wings were delicious, spicy, and huge! Gouda bites are to die for, and my hubby's hot ham n cheese sandwich special was really good too! 5 stars!

My wife and I ordered take out from Roadhouse, and not only was everything absolutely delicious, but it was also ready in only 15 minutes! I cannot recommend their stroganoff enough, and my wife was singing the praises of their Roadhouse Trout, which was cooked to perfection. The sides were quite good; I really enjoyed the japapeño coleslaw (get two orders!)
